We are seeking a Shipping / Receiving Clerk to join our team in Texas. A successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of materials and equipment, as well as maintaining the organization and accuracy of the stockroom. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, be highly organized, and have excellent attention to detail.

• Receive, unload and process incoming stock and materials, verifying purchase orders, and verifying count and condition of items.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring that all items are properly packaged and labeled.
• Maintain the stockroom, ensuring that materials are properly stored and organized, and that accurate inventory records are maintained.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues related to shipping and receiving.
• Prepare reports on the status of materials and equipment in the stockroom, including stock levels, cycle counts, and discrepancies.
• Conduct physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies with the inventory system.
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, and stockroom management.
• Prior experience with ERP systems is required; experience with SAP is preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving and inventory control procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift packages and equipment (up to 45 pounds).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
