The Job Center is hiring a 1st Shift Forklift Operator for a light industrial client. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials, stage and organize product, and support shipping and receiving. You'll complete pre-shift inspections, follow OSHA and site safety rules, and assist with general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and palletizing. Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Stage, scan, and organize products according to work orders and warehouse layout
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Assist with general warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and palletizing
- Maintain clean, orderly work areas and support continuous improvement goals
