Education Requirements- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic computer skills required; experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, shipping documents, pick tickets, and quality standards.
- 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
- Forklift experience required; forklift certification is a plus.
- Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory control, cycle counting, and order fulfillment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and contribute to a team-focused environment.
- Experience using warehouse management systems, ERP software, and inventory tracking tools preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet and climbing ladders when required.
- Must be able to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other material-handling equipment.
- Willingness to work overtime, occasional weekends, and flexible schedules as business needs require.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, and safety footwear.
- Receive, pick, pack, label, stage, and ship materials accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other warehouse equipment.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, audits, and material tracking activities.
- Generate shipping documents, packing slips, and labels while ensuring order accuracy.
- Enter, review, and update inventory and shipment data using Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse operations while following quality and safety standards.
- Read and follow work instructions, shipping documents, safety alerts, and warehouse procedures.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams.
As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
