Outbound Supervisor

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking an Outbound Supervisor to lead warehouse outbound operations in our wholesale distribution environment. You will oversee picking, packing, loading, and shipping of wine and spirits orders, ensuring accuracy, safety, and on-time delivery to retail and on-premise customers. Responsibilities include supervising associates, managing daily workflows, monitoring KPIs, and enforcing quality and compliance standards. You'll collaborate with transportation, inventory, and sales teams while promoting a people-first, inclusive culture focused on teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outbound warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and loading
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time shipment of customer orders
• Assign labor, manage schedules, and monitor team performance and KPIs
• Maintain compliance with safety, alcohol handling, and company policies
• Coordinate with transportation, inventory, and sales teams to resolve issues
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse associates
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Use WMS and related systems to track orders and productivity
