Picker​/Packer

Adecco is hiring Picker/Packers for a fast-paced warehouse in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will accurately pick items using pick lists or RF scanners, verify product codes and quantities, carefully pack and label orders, and prepare shipments. You'll load/unload cartons, organize pallets, assist with cycle counts, and follow all safety and quality standards. The position requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift, attention to detail, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products using order sheets or RF scanners
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product condition before packing
• Safely pack, seal, and label cartons for shipment
• Stage, palletize, and move orders to shipping areas
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory counts
• Follow all warehouse safety and quality procedures
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
• Report inventory or product issues promptly
