Picker Packer

Adecco is hiring Picker Packers to support order fulfillment for clients in the professional, scientific, and technical services sector. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and label products, verify order details, and prepare shipments while following strict quality and safety standards. You will use RF scanners and basic inventory systems to track items, maintain a clean and organized work area, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from shelves or storage locations based on order tickets or digital pick lists
• Pack, label, and seal products securely to meet quality and client specifications
• Use RF scanners and basic inventory systems to track items and confirm order accuracy
• Inspect items for damage, correct quantities, and proper labeling before shipment
• Prepare orders for shipping by staging, palletizing, and handing off to shipping/receiving
• Follow warehouse safety procedures, including proper lifting, PPE use, and equipment handling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Meet or exceed daily productivity, accuracy, and quality targets
• Communicate issues with inventory, orders, or equipment to supervisors promptly
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth, efficient warehouse operations
