Material Handling​/Shipping

Cargill is hiring a Material Handling/Shipping professional to support its manufacturing operations. In this role, you will receive, store, and ship raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate documentation and safe equipment operation. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, prepare shipping documents, load and unload trucks, and maintain inventory accuracy. Working in a safety-focused, collaborative environment, you'll support production schedules while following Cargill's high standards for integrity, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record inbound materials and supplies.
• Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders according to schedules and documentation.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare shipping paperwork, labels, and bills of lading.
• Load and unload trucks while following weight and stacking requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow all Cargill and OSHA safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet shipping deadlines.
• Use basic computer and warehouse systems to track material movement.
