Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for a wide range of inbound and outbound warehouse functions, including receiving, order selection, shipping, cleaning, and maintaining inventory accuracy as directed by the warehouse management team. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, and a strong commitment to safety, productivity, and teamwork.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for a wide range of inbound and outbound warehouse functions, including receiving, order selection, shipping, cleaning, and maintaining inventory accuracy as directed by the warehouse management team. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, and a strong commitment to safety, productivity, and teamwork.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including electric pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers, to transport, stage, and move product.
- Utilize assigned handheld units to generate labels and correctly apply labels to product.
- Hand select, pick, and pack orders accurately within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including non-temperature controlled, temperature controlled, and bonded holding areas.
- Receive, handle, and stack product on pallets in accordance with proper warehouse procedures (for example: do not stack heavy on light product, labels must face out, etc.).
- Stage pallets accurately for loading, shipping, or storage in designated dock and warehouse locations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by selecting correct cases and promptly reporting discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
- Shrink-wrap product on the loading dock to ensure load stability and product protection.
