Become an integral part of our team as an Administrative Assistant, focused on organizing and coordinating essential office tasks. This on-site role emphasizes strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative support with a focus on schedule management, meeting coordination, and correspondence preparation. Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and Sage Accounting Software is required to assist with various daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize seminars, conferences, and related events
• Draft and prepare minutes for meetings and seminars
• Schedule appointments and confirm attendance
• Manage incoming telephone calls and messages
• Track office supplies and maintain filing systems
Requirements:
• 1 to 2-year college diploma or certificate
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in administration
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and time management
