Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage seminars and conferences
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate areas
• Answer telephone calls and convey messages effectively
• Compile data and maintain accurate records
• Order office supplies and monitor inventory
Requirements:
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
• College diploma or equivalent experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Strong communicative and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage deadlines
