Our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) group is currently looking to add a  Field HSE Administrator  to the team, based in Dawson Creek, BC.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, this position provides on site support to Pipeline Construction Projects. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage training compliance, including tracking certifications, expiries, and scheduling

Administer contractor compliance (insurance, onboarding documentation)

Coordinate field-to-office reporting, including daily inputs and follow-up tracking

Maintain SOPs, JSAs, and policies with proper version control and review cycles

Support and maintain HSE digital systems, forms, and workflows

Track and maintain HSE equipment readiness and inspection records

Support onboarding, orientation, and workforce deployment readiness

Provide weekly meeting KPI support and action tracking

Maintain organized, professional HSE office standards

Perform general administrative and compliance support duties as required

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

3 years of experience in an HSE, administrative, or compliance support role

Strong organizational and document control skills with high attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HSE systems is an asset

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to self manage and work independently

Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

Post-Secondary education in Health and Safety

Previous experience supporting field operations
