Drive health and safety initiatives as a Field HSE Administrator with Arnett & Burgess Energy Services in Dawson Creek, BC. Focus on compliance and efficient project support for pipeline construction.
In this pivotal role reporting to the HSE Manager, you will provide essential administrative and compliance support to ensure safety regulations are met. You will manage training, oversee contractor documentation, and track HSE equipment readiness while liaising with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure training compliance and track certification expiration

• Administer contractor insurance and onboarding documentation

• Coordinate daily reporting from field to office

• Maintain SOPs and JSA documentation with version control

• Support HSE digital systems and organizational standards
Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication and coordination skills
