As a Scanning Technician, you will provide hands-on operational support for a time-limited project. Under the guidance of Information Management Specialists, you will locate, prepare, and scan physical records while ensuring absolute accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations. Attention to detail is vital as you maintain an organized file system and track contents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert high volumes of paper records to digital formats

• Vet information for privacy compliance under FOIPPA

• Maintain an organized and updated file system

• Adhere to established procedures and timelines

Requirements:
