Position: Program Support Clerk at Northern Lights College
Join the team at Northern Lights College as a Program Support Clerk in the Health Sciences and Human Services department! This relief on-call position demands strong clerical skills, effective teamwork, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will report to the Dean and support health science instructors with various tasks, including clerical support and ensuring equipment is operational.

Your role will encompass typing, filing, maintaining records, and managing clinical placements in the HSPnet system. This is a temporary, part-time role during weekdays, up to 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to health science instructors

• Maintain records and assist with report compilation

• Manage equipment and supplies for nursing labs

• Maintain and update program manuals and handbooks

• Assist with lab setups and technical needs for simulations

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12, Office Administration program preferred

• Experience in the healthcare field is advantageous

• Knowledge of Campus policies beneficial

• Successful completion of clerical testing may be required

• Effective communication and teamwork skills
