Join our team as a Multitasking Administrative Assistant, specializing in communication and office management. This role allows you to exercise your problem-solving skills in a supportive environment.
We are in search of an Administrative Assistant with 3 to 5 years of experience, dedicated to improving our administrative processes. This position requires strong communication abilities and familiarity with office technologies such as MS Office and Sage Accounting. You'll be responsible for organizing meetings, compiling reports, and managing correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and coordinate various seminars and meetings
• Type and proofread correspondences and documents
• Answer phone calls and manage electronic communications
• Develop and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
• Compile data, statistics, and necessary information
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of administrative experience
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
• Proficient in Google Docs and MS Office applications
