You will report to the HSE Manager, providing administrative support and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations on site. Your detail-oriented approach and strong communication skills will facilitate contractor compliance, maintain documentation, and support daily operational needs, thereby enhancing safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee training compliance and certification tracking

• Ensure contractor onboarding and document accuracy

• Facilitate field-to-office reporting on project progress

• Maintain and control versions of HSE SOPs and policies

• Support digital HSE processes and documentation
Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Minimum of 3 years in an HSE or compliance administrative role

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

• Authorized to work in Canada with no restrictions
