Key Responsibilities- Process high‑volume payroll accurately each week
- Upload project and equipment time daily
- Manage new employee entries in payroll systems
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Maintain payroll account reconciliations
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent courses
- 2–5 years of payroll experience
- Familiarity with Explorer Eclipse software preferred
- Strong understanding of BC and AB Employment Standards
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Attention to detail and communication skills to excel as a Payroll Administrator with Surerus
