Client Relations Manager

Fort Clean Co. located at Fort St. John, BC is currently looking for one permanent full time Client Relations Manager to start as soon as possible.

Location: Fort St. John, BC

Wage: $64–$69 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Education: Completion of post‑secondary education

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in client relations

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee client relationship strategies to support long‑term business growth across commercial, industrial, and construction sectors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring consistent communication and a high level of service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, property managers, and corporate clients to secure ongoing service agreements
  • Monitor client satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and implement solutions to enhance service quality and retention
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure services are delivered in accordance with client expectations and contractual requirements
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by introducing additional services and customized service packages
  • Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition from initial agreement to active service delivery
  • Analyze client feedback, service performance, and market trends to improve engagement strategies and support business development efforts
  • Establish client service standards and internal processes to maintain consistency and efficiency across all accounts
  • Support contract renewals and participate in negotiations related to service scope, pricing, and service agreements
  • Prepare reports on client activity, retention rates, and service performance for management review
  • Represent the company in meetings and industry interactions to strengthen client relationships and promote company services
