Key Responsibilities:

• Immerse in community to establish key contacts

• Chase stories and attend press events regularly

• Edit and produce daily content for television and the web

• Collaborate with the editorial team for new story ideas

• Lead newscasts as an Anchor when required

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Journalism or related field

• 1-3 years experience in journalism preferred

• Strong skills in video production and editing software

• Proficient news and web writing capabilities

• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s licence required
