You will play a key role in overseeing the organization’s financial functions while reporting to the CEO. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll engage deeply with existing systems to support decision-making. This position also emphasizes team leadership, mentoring finance staff and facilitating their development in alignment with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and audit processes

• Evaluate and enhance finance workflows and controls

• Supervise accounting and financial systems management

• Coordinate with leadership on asset and liability management

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in finance management or leadership

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications

• Deep knowledge of industry regulations and best practices

• Strong communication and presentation skills
