Become a Housekeeping Supervisor responsible for supervising cleaning staff and ensuring all facilities are clean and safe. Focus on training and interdepartmental coordination.
This permanent position is perfect for candidates with effective leadership skills and a dedication to quality service. You will hire, train, and oversee cleaning crew activities while ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols. Coordination with other departments and establishing work schedules are critical parts of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and train cleaning staff members
• Supervise daily activities of cleaning teams
• Conduct inspections for cleanliness and safety
• Assist cleaning staff as required
• Create effective work schedules for operations
Requirements:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience in housekeeping is beneficial
• Excellent supervision and training skills
• Strong focus on maintaining safety standards
• English language proficiency required
