Position: Night Audit and Front Desk at Home2 Suites
Help maintain an inviting atmosphere for our guests as a Front Desk Agent during both day and night shifts at Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort St. John. Your friendly service will ensure an exceptional hotel experience.

This role focuses on delivering outstanding guest interactions and seamless operations during check-ins and check-outs. You'll manage room assignments, answer inquiries, and ensure that all areas of the hotel remain clean. Supporting fellow departments and managing the boardroom will also be part of your varied responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform efficient check-ins and check-outs for guests

• Assign hotel rooms and handle reservations with care

• Answer queries on hotel rates and services for guests

• Maintain cleanliness in lobby and work areas, free of debris

• Oversee boardroom preparation and cleaning tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in front desk or guest services roles

• Exceptional communication skills for guest interactions

• Ability to perform under pressure and manage tasks

• Computer skills required for processing reservations

• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts, including weekends
