This on-site position requires a motivated leader with 2 to 3 years of experience in hotel management. You will be responsible for developing operational policies, hiring, and supervising a small team while balancing budgets and addressing customer needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop procedures for effective hotel operations
• Recruit and lead a team of 3-4 staff members
• Conduct performance reviews for staff
• Oversee budget preparation and financial monitoring
• Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
• Education from College/CEGEP
• 2-3 years in a hotel management role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Client-focused and efficient in problem solving
• Proven ability to manage a small team
