Position: Northern Lights College Student Recruitment Manager
Shape the future of domestic student enrolment as the Manager of Student Recruitment at Northern Lights College. Lead recruitment strategies and foster team cohesion in a role focused on enhancing student engagement.

As a pivotal member of the educational services team, the Manager of Student Recruitment will oversee daily operations while creating impactful recruitment strategies. This position requires collaboration with various departments, especially Indigenous Education, to enrich recruitment efforts in First Nations communities. With a focus on data-driven strategies and trends, you will cultivate a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive domestic student recruitment strategies

• Oversee daily operations while fostering teamwork

• Collaborate with Indigenous Education for targeted recruitment efforts

• Analyze data to inform recruitment practices and trends

• Manage a recruitment budget of $750,000 effectively

Requirements:

• Diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) with 1-3 years relevant experience

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a team

• Skilled in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Knowledge of strategic enrolment management practices

• Valid driver's license for travel across Western Canada
