PTW is hiring a night shift Construction Supervisor to join our project team in Fort St John, BC.

• Initiate, coordinate, direct, and schedule site personnel to ensure project objectives are met.
• Assist with the optimizations of mechanical and electrical design drawings.
• Assist in preparation and negotiation of mechanical and electrical subcontracts.
• Monitor the overall progress of the project and take corrective action where necessary.
• Maintains a respectful and engaging work environment for all employees.
• Ensures that PTW policies and project procedures are being adhered to; including PTW's Health Safety, Security and Environmental Policies.
• Maintain a good working relationship with customers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review reports on progress, costs, materials used and adjust work schedules as required.
• Accountable for compliance with the union agreement.
• Prepare overall work plan and schedule in conjunction with Site Superintendent and Project Manager.

• Must be local to the area
• Must be a Journeyman Electrician
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in industrial and oil field experience
• A demonstrated ability to work safely
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol pre-access
• 5/2 Night Rotation
• Detail and deadline oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and 18 years or older

• Must have applicable safety tickets (i.e. CSTS-09, WHMIS 2015, Fall Arrest, Aerial Work Platform)
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
