Position: Supervisor for Supported Independent Living
Join FSJACL as a Supervisor for the Supported Independent Living program in Fort St John. This key role involves overseeing program operations and enhancing quality of care for individuals with complex needs.

As the Supervisor, you will play a critical role in mentoring staff, organizing training sessions, and managing documentation in adherence to policies. Your leadership will foster trustworthy relationships with individuals and families, ensuring effective communication within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily program operations and staff activities

• Organize employee training and continuous education

• Liaise with families and community organizations

• Complete required reporting and manage budgets

• Participate in the On-Call rotation for emergencies

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in social services

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• Valid driver’s license and insurance

• Clearance of Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check

• Familiarity with community living practices is a plus
