Location: Dawson Creek
Become the driving force behind our retail shop's daily operations as an Assistant Manager. Your leadership will ensure smooth operations while focusing on marketing and staff management.
We're seeking a Retail Assistant Manager with 1-2 years of experience to manage daily operations and implement business strategies. You will be responsible for evaluating performance, resolving customer issues, and guiding a team of 3-4 staff members to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations of the retail facility
• Assess and optimize daily operational performance
• Manage staffing duties and assign appropriate tasks
• Plan budgets while monitoring expenses and revenues
• Develop and implement strategic marketing efforts
Requirements:
• High school graduation or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to effectively handle customer complaints
• Experience in staff supervision and performance evaluations
• Must be flexible with scheduling, including evenings
