Operations Supervisor in Rig Services

Join Treeline as a Field Supervisor in Fort St. John, BC. Oversee operations, ensure safety, and lead efficient crew management in the well servicing sector.

In this full-time role, you will report to the Northern Operations Manager and supervise 7-10 field operations. You will conduct crew assessments, ensure compliance, and facilitate effective communication among teams and clients. Your input will drive improvements in operational efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations for multiple service rigs

• Coordinate crew rotations and efficient job mobilizations

• Lead safety inspections and employee training programs

• Approve requests for rig supplies and equipment

• Compile operational reports for management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of service rig experience

• Strong focus on safety and compliance

• Proven supervisory skills and crew management

• Excellent organizational and reporting capabilities

• Valid driver’s license and travel capability
