Lead the Supported Independent Living program at FSJACL in Fort St John. Seeking an experienced supervisor to drive quality care and staff training for individuals with developmental disabilities.
As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, mentor staff while fostering a robust program that meets the needs of individuals and their families. Your role includes organizing training sessions, maintaining best practices, and participating in community events while representing FSJACL.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the Supported Independent Living program
- Mentor staff and plan service delivery ideas
- Organize and implement necessary training sessions
- Develop relationships with individuals and families
- Ensure compliance with documentation and policies
- Minimum 3 years in social services program management
- Post‑secondary education in a related field
- Transparent Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge in the Community Living sector is an asset
