Key Responsibilities:

• Execute annual business plans for client retention

• Monitor P&L and correct performance issues

• Assess market conditions for new client opportunities

• Build community networks to enhance branch presence

• Champion client excellence and team engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of insurance brokerage experience

• 3 years managing a department or branch

• Level 2 General Insurance License required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• High attention to detail in all tasks
