Student Recruitment Manager

Position: Student Recruitment Manager Northern Lights College
Lead and innovate student recruitment efforts at Northern Lights College. This role combines strategic oversight with operational management to enhance domestic enrolment.

The Manager of Student Recruitment will report to the Associate Vice President of Educational Services. You will be responsible for developing and managing domestic recruitment strategies, including organizing on- and off-campus events. Collaborating with the Indigenous Education department is essential to engage First Nations communities and align strategies with institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement student recruitment strategies

• Manage day-to-day operations of the recruitment team

• Organize recruitment activities in collaboration with Indigenous Education

• Analyze data to inform recruitment practices and trends

• Cultivate a high-performing and cohesive recruitment team

Requirements:

• Diploma in a relevant field, Bachelor’s preferred

• 1-3 years of experience in domestic student recruitment

• Leadership experience of 2+ years

• Knowledge of college policies and strategic marketing

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
