Take on a key leadership role with Ledcor as Superintendent for highway maintenance along the BC Alaska Highway. This position focuses on strategic planning and team direction to ensure road safety.
As part of Ledcor's Highway Maintenance team, you'll foster relationships within the local community, while leading a diverse group of professionals. Your experience in highway maintenance and exceptional planning skills will ensure that health, safety, and quality standards remain a priority throughout the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide overall direction for maintenance teams to meet project goals
• Ensure effective communication with front-line leaders
• Conduct operational performance oversight on safety and quality
• Participate in strategic planning and resource allocation
• Support team development through coaching and mentorship
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance or construction
• Relevant technical training or trade certification preferred
• Strong familiarity with HSEQ standards and practices
• Solid planning and leadership capabilities
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
