This essential role at the Fort St John Association for Community Living consists of managing day-to-day operations of the Supported Independent Living outreach program. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience and a track record of fostering team dynamics. You will be responsible for mentoring staff, ensuring adherence to policies, and representing the association at community functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement training programs for staff development
• Mentor team members in effective service delivery
• Lead program development to meet individual needs
• Communicate with families and community partners
• Ensure reporting and financial management compliance
Requirements:
• Education in social services or related field
• At least 3 years of program management experience
• Knowledge of BC government regulations
• Valid driver’s license and transportation needed
• Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check clearance
