This essential role at the Fort St John Association for Community Living consists of managing day-to-day operations of the Supported Independent Living outreach program. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience and a track record of fostering team dynamics. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement training programs for staff development

Requirements:

• Education in social services or related field
