Shape the future of student enrolment at Northern Lights College as the Manager of Domestic Student Recruitment. This managerial role focuses on strategic planning and team leadership.

Reporting to the Associate VP of Educational Services, your primary duty is to develop, organize, and manage recruitment efforts aimed at increasing domestic student enrolment. You will oversee recruitment operations, ensuring they align with the institution's goals, and partner with the Indigenous Education department for targeted outreach to First Nations communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement recruitment strategies for domestic students

• Coordinate on-campus and off-campus recruitment activities

• Lead and support the student recruitment team

• Utilize data to refine recruitment practices

• Collaborate with college leadership to address enrolment trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field

• 1-3 years in student recruitment

• Leadership experience with team management

• Familiarity with strategic enrolment practices

• Valid driver's license and proficient in MS Office
