This management role involves supporting the implementation of departmental plans while monitoring program effectiveness and tracking key outcomes. You will provide input on program improvements and foster a collaborative environment for your team. By engaging community partners and maintaining accountability, you will ensure programs align with MNBC’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor program activities for effectiveness and compliance
• Provide guidance and support to program staff
• Develop plans to improve service delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Assist in financial tracking and reporting
Requirements:
• Degree in related field such as Community/Social Services
• Five years of program coordination experience
• Two years of management or supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Métis culture and history
