Regional Manager for Northview Properties

Location: Dawson Creek

Lead our Residential team at Northview in Dawson Creek, BC, as a Regional Manager. Focus on efficient property operations, staff support, and outstanding customer service.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Regional Director and oversee multifamily properties. You will manage onsite staff, ensure strategic operations, and develop marketing plans to enhance rental income. Strong communication and budgeting skills are essential for success in maintaining customer relations and controlling operating costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate management and support for onsite staff

• Provide reports and updates to the Regional Director

• Manage rent, vacancy, and rental incentives

• Ensure excellent customer service and minimize delinquency

• Develop marketing strategies to maximize revenue

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of management experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Budget management experience is necessary

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-call
