Support a clean, efficient kitchen at Chances Casino in Fort St. John as a part-time Dishwasher handling dishwashing and food preparation.

Working under the Executive Chef, you will help the culinary team maintain safe kitchen operations. Duties include cleaning flatware, tableware, pots, utensils, and equipment. You will also maintain stewarding areas, remove garbage, follow food safety procedures, and prepare support items.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and cooking utensils
Maintain organized stewarding areas throughout each shift
Remove kitchen garbage and boxes as needed
Follow food handling and workplace safety procedures
Prepare ingredients, garnishes, sauces, and support items

Requirements:

Highly responsible and reliable work approach
Ability to work cohesively with colleagues
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Health and safety conscious professional attitude
Stewarding, dishwashing, or prep cook experience is an asset
