The Sales Route Representative position focuses on managing accounts for grocery, gas, and convenience stores. Your responsibilities will include executing marketing promotions and maintaining inventory to ensure freshness and organization on the sales floor. Effective communication and sales skills are key for this role, allowing you to meet customer needs and drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage product placements and increase shelf visibility
• Review customer needs for best-selling products
• Develop assigned accounts focusing on sales goals
• Implement and execute national and local promotions
• Ensure inventory balance and fresh product delivery
Requirements:
• Must have a full G or class 5 driver's license
• Reliable vehicle access with a clean driving record
• Flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in sales, especially in retail
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
