Maximize business solutions as an Outbound Sales Consultant with Rogers. Engage with clientele and enhance their services while reaching sales targets in telecommunications.
Rogers seeks an Outbound Sales Consultant focused on small to medium businesses. This role requires a minimum of two years in sales, specifically in a B2B environment. You'll apply your strong communication skills to recommend service improvements and cross-sell additional packages, all while utilizing structured sales methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call clients to discuss service needs and solutions
• Optimize client packages through expert consultations
• Utilize CRM tools for effective sales tracking
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for commission
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in relevant sales experience
• Familiarity with sales methodologies is preferred
• Strong active listening and communication skills
• Availability Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
• Must reside in specific provinces in Canada
Achieve sales goals while enhancing client satisfaction as part of the Rogers team.
