Position: Insurance Advisor Role
Become an integral part of Western Financial Group as an Insurance Advisor in Fort St. John. Engage customers through quotes and build strong relationships to meet sales targets every day.

This full-time position demands proactive engagement with clients, assisting them in obtaining home and auto insurance. You will be responsible for not only meeting sales targets but also nurturing long-term customer relations to ensure satisfaction. If you possess the right attitude, comprehensive training for unlicensed candidates will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quotes and sell insurance policies effectively

• Assist customers with home and auto policy purchases

• Manage relationships and achieve insurance sales targets

• Follow up on client accounts and resolve outstanding activities

• Conduct timely sales calls and renewal discussions

Requirements:

• General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset

• Proficient in multiple computer programs

• Strong communication skills across channels

• Prior sales experience in a similar role

• Experience with EPIC software is beneficial
