At AiM, we are seeking a full-time Environmental Scientist/Biologist with more than five years of experience in environmental consulting. Your expertise will support our projects in oil and gas, forestry, and more across Canada. You'll engage in client interactions, conduct inspections, and prepare detailed reports while growing in a welcoming hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage environmental services and client communications

• Conduct regular inspections at construction sites

• Prepare proposals and cost estimates for projects

• Review contractor compliance with environmental practices

• Supervise junior staff and ensure project quality

Requirements:

• 5+ years in environmental consulting, BC or AB

• Bachelor’s in Environmental Sciences or related field

• Accreditations through professional bodies or eligible to apply

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety protocols

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
