Service Technician

Position: Service Technician for Ketek Group Inc.
Ketek Group Inc. is hiring a Service Technician to provide essential maintenance and client service in the oil and gas sector. This role involves a mix of fieldwork and equipment handling, ensuring operational efficiency across locations in Western and Northern Canada.

As a Service Technician, you will engage with clients directly, travel to various job sites, and perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Operating with a focus on safety and compliance, your hands-on experience will facilitate effective problem-solving and communication with the team and clients. You'll play a significant role in delivering top-notch service and maintaining high standards within the operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to client locations for service and maintenance

• Clean and maintain tools and equipment

• Adhere to safety protocols and transportation requirements

• Build and maintain positive client relationships

• Complete necessary documentation each day

Requirements:

• Clean Class 5 Driver's Licence is mandatory

• Background in oilfield or construction preferred

• Proficiency with hand tools and equipment

• Strong communication and prioritization skills

• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and schedules
