Position: Electrician - High-Voltage Specialist

Rising Edge Group is dedicated to high-voltage electrical solutions and seeks a Journeyperson Electrician to join its team. You will conduct maintenance and installation work on electrical systems within substations while mentoring apprentices and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position requires travel throughout British Columbia and is crucial for the reliability of energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain high-voltage electrical systems

• Mentor and supervise Electrical Apprentices on-site

• Inspect equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards

• Generate reports on tests and maintenance activities

• Operate heavy construction equipment safely
Requirements:

• Journeyperson certification in Electrical work

• Strong understanding of electrical code specifications

• Experience working with high-voltage systems

• Ability to pass drug and criminal background testing

• Willingness to travel for project needs
