This opportunity is designed for individuals with significant experience in picker operations within construction environments. Your duties will include performing safe hoisting activities, inspecting rigging, and adhering to safety regulations. Teamwork is crucial, as you will collaborate with signalers and ground crew to ensure lifts are executed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out hoisting activities as per lift plans

• Inspect rigging and secure all loads before lifting

• Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections

• Collaborate with crew members to ensure safety during lifts

• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment use

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in picker operation

• Valid Class 1 Driver's License with air brake endorsement

• Provincial or Red Seal Crane Operator Certification

• Ability to navigate difficult terrains with safety

• Must pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test
