Landscape & Irrigation Construction Labourers

We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and experienced Landscape & Irrigation Construction Labourers to join our crew immediately. This role involves assisting with landscaping and irrigation project in Dawson Creek, BC contributing to the creation and maintenance of beautiful outdoor spaces. The position is ideal for individuals interested in outdoor work.

• Site Preparation & Moving Materials:
  Rake, shovel, and move soil, gravel, mulch, and sod using wheelbarrows and various hand tools.
• Irrigation Installation:
  Assemble and lay PVC/poly pipe, install valves, and sprinkler heads etc.
• Landscape Construction:
  Assist in planting trees and shrubs, laying sod and prepping ground.
• Site Cleanup:
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at the end of every day.
• Assist Site Superintendent with other tasks as required.
• Follow safety protocols during all project phases to ensure a safe working environment.

• Previous experience in landscaping or irrigation system installation is required.
• Reliable transportation to ensure a 7:00 am start time.
• Ability to work long hours (10-12 hour days) in various weather conditions and lift up to 50+ lbs.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work together in the team.
• Expected to report to work fit for duty and remain fit for duty at all times.
