Road Foreperson in British Columbia

Dawson Road Maintenance is seeking a Full-Time Road Foreperson to ensure safe and effective roadway maintenance in Fort St. John, BC. This role requires a strong background in road operations and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise road maintenance teams on-site

• Ensure adherence to safety and maintenance protocols

• Collaborate with government entities and agencies

• Operate necessary equipment as necessary

• Support efficient work scheduling and crew management

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in a management role is essential

• Five years’ experience in road maintenance

• Valid Class 3 Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement

• Must have a clean driving record

• Ability to adapt to outdoor conditions
