Yard Laborer

Position: Full-Time Yard Laborer Role

In this contract position, your primary responsibilities will include housekeeping tasks and environmental stewardship. You will assist with the management of yard materials and promote a safe workplace in alignment with Black Diamond's standards. Advancement into field operations may be possible as you develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain cleanliness in the yard

• Clean up debris and manage waste materials

• Direct traffic and assist contractors on-site

• Report any unsafe conditions without delay

• Operate loaders and forklifts as required

Requirements:

• Background in yard work or construction preferred

• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols

• Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Basic experience with Microsoft applications is an asset

• Eagerness for continuous learning and development
