Location: Dawson Creek
Lead precision millwright crews with OCL Industrial Services in Western Canada. This hands-on supervisor role focuses on epoxy grouting and laser shaft alignment to ensure high-quality mechanical work.
OCL Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Millwright Supervisor for full-time permanent and project assignments. You will oversee the execution of industrial installation and maintenance projects while emphasizing safety and precision work. Key skills required include epoxy grouting, laser alignment, and supervising millwright crews.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safe and effective millwright operations
• Oversee epoxy grouting procedures and documentation
• Direct precision laser alignment for rotating equipment
• Supervise equipment installation and overhaul tasks
• Coordinate rigging and lifting operations
Requirements:
• Interprovincial Red Seal / Journeyman Millwright certification
• Proven supervisory experience on industrial sites
• Hands-on epoxy grout knowledge and documentation
• Familiarity with precision laser alignment techniques
• Relevant safety tickets and valid driver's license
