OCL Group Inc. is expanding its workforce and looking for dedicated welders to join our industrial crew. The ideal candidates will be certified or actively pursuing an apprenticeship. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, performing various welding techniques, and maintaining equipment to ensure top-notch project delivery while fostering a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and project specifications accurately

• Perform welding processes including SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW

• Cut and prepare materials per project needs

• Conduct maintenance according to standards

• Report progress regularly to supervisors

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Welder certification or active Apprenticeship

• Valid safety certifications: AWP, Fall Arrest, WHMIS

• Mechanical or industrial experience

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
