Position: Journeyman Mechanic Role
Ketek Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Journeyman Mechanic to support crucial maintenance operations in Western and Northern Canada. This position involves troubleshooting and repairing a variety of equipment.

As a Journeyman Mechanic, you will manage work orders and lead apprentices while performing essential equipment repairs. Your experience will ensure adherence to safety and operational standards across diverse projects in the oil, gas, and mining sectors. Strong mechanical knowledge is vital for diagnosing issues and conducting effective repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks and apprentices

• Perform repairs on diesel, gasoline, and hydraulic systems

• Document and follow specifications for machinery

• Execute field repairs and equipment testing

• Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained

Requirements:

• Journeyman Heavy Equipment Service Technician certification

• At least one year of practical experience

• Proficiency in mechanical operations and safety standards

• Ability to operate equipment safely

• Valid Class 5 driver's license with no infractions
